Never been to a refill shop before? Don’t worry, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Here’s how it works:
- Bring your clean containers from home or pick up donated ones in-store.
- We’ll weigh your containers before you start filling them.
- Fill with a range of products, including dry pantry staples and chemical-free personal care liquids.
- Buy only as much as you need—no more wasted, half-used packets or cluttered bottles.
- Refill and reuse your containers to help reduce waste!
Who Are We?
Opened in April 2022, Reed’s Refillery has become one of Lancashire’s biggest and best Zero Waste Shops. Located in the heart of Chorley town centre, we strive to support the local community to live more sustainably by following the three R’s: Refill, Reuse, Reduce.
In 2023 we saved over 29,000 containers from potentially ending up in landfill, and since opening we have won three regional awards and have been finalists at two national awards! But the numbers only tell part of the story – it’s the smiles on our customers’ faces when they realise how easy, fun, affordable and rewarding sustainable shopping can be that really makes our day.
