Our household essentials collection features products that make everyday cleaning both effective and environmentally conscious. Our laundry liquids, made in the UK by SESI, are perfect for all skin types and washing needs whilst also being super-concentrated – so a bottle gets you a LONG way! We’ve got all your cleaning needs covered with our range of eco-friendly solutions for every room in your home, from multi-surface cleaners to rinse aid, supplied by SESI and Miniml.
Personal Care
In our personal care section, you’ll find gentle yet effective products that care for both you and the planet. Our sulphatefree shampoos and conditioners leave your hair naturally clean and healthy, while our body care range includes everything from moisturising body washes to naturally scented hand soaps. We even have micellar water, toner and a huge range of Upcircle products available on refill too; so you can just try just a little bit of a product if your changing-up your skincare routine before committing to a full container!
Kitchen Pantry
The kitchen pantry section is all of the most popular day-to-day dry food stuffs in one place, along with a few extra treats! From your oats, pastas and pulses to a wide variety of dried fruits and tasty nuts, you’ll find all your cooking staples here. Our selection of nearly one hundred herbs and spices allows you to top your jars at a fraction of the supermarket cost, while range of milk and dark chocolate-coated items and variety of savoury snacks are a delicious treat! We even cater for vegans, offering yummy sweets and delicious freefrom marshmellows on refill.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need special containers?
No! Any clean, dry container will do. Glass, plastic, or metal - they all work perfectly. Just make sure they’re suitable for what you’re filling them with (for example, use sturdy containers for heavy items like laundry liquid).
What if I forget my containers?
No problem! We have a box full of spare jars/tubs which you can use for free. We also keep a selection of paper bags for dry goods.
How clean do my containers need to be?
Containers should be clean and completely dry. This keeps our refill stations hygienic and ensures product quality. If you’re topping up an already-partially filled container then just carry on!
Is it more expensive than buying new?
Actually, refilling often works out cheaper! You're not paying for new packaging each time, and we pass our bulk-buying savings on to you. We frequently check out the prices of all our products per 100g against the major supermarkets and highlight how much you’re saving. Plus, you can take exactly the amount you need.
How do I know what I’m paying?
Our prices are clearly displayed per 10g or 100g. We'll weigh your filled container, subtract the container weight (marked during your visit), and charge you only for the added product.
What if I’m not sure how to use the refill stations?
Just ask! We're here to help and will gladly show you how everything works. Loose foods are stored in either Kilner jars, scoop bins, scoop trolleys and gravity dispensers and we can show you how best to navigate these. Liquids are dispensed using dosaged pelican pumps which can be done at your own pace and the larger drums use EZI pumps – great when you need a big refill fast!
Do you have a loyalty scheme?
Yes! Ask about our loyalty scheme when you visit. We have just switched from physical cards to a digital scheme via Zettle and it’s been brilliant! You don’t need an app – we sign you up via your email address and after getting a welcome discount for doing so, you then receive vouchers after reaching a set spending milestone. So no need to worry about loosing your card and multiple people from the same household can add to one locality account – as long as there’s no arguments about who gets to use the discounts!!

We’re particularly proud of our partnerships with local producers. Our cleaning products come from a family-owned business just outside Manchester that’s been perfecting their formulas for over 50 years and one of our main bathroom-product suppliers, Droyts, have been Chorley-based since 1937 and still operate from the same mill just outside the town centre!
