Hot Tomatillo Salsa – Gingerbeard’s Preserves

This is a South American classic; our version has some added heat from a few sneaky ghost peppers! Its fresh, zingy and fiery flavour pairs it perfectly with tacos and South American food of all kind.

Good with tortilla crisps, chimichangas and quesadillas

Ingredients: tomatillo (vinegar, starch, iodized salt, sugar)(32%), cider vinegar, jalapeno chilli (15%), onion, green pepper, lime juice (potassium metabisulphite), garlic, ghost pepper chilli (2%), fresh coriander, sea salt

Vegan – Gluten Free – No Added Sugar

Store in a cool dry place. Once open keep refrigerated and use within three months. Shake well before use!
