How to use: Let your shower build up steam. Remove steamer from packaging. Wet the steamer with a little water to activate the essential oils. Place the shower steamer on the floor of your shower so that water can run underneath it, but away from the shower streams so that it does not dissolve all at once. The steamer will fizz and bubble whilst releasing its essential oils allowing you to enjoy the scent and aromatherapy benefits.

The Relaxing Shower Steamer – These floral topped steamers contain Lavender, Peppermint and Chamomile essential oils. Lavender is known to promote relaxation and believed to treat anxiety. Chamomile also has its own relaxing properties and can be used to ease anxiety and aid sleep, whilst peppermint helps to improve concentration. Ingredients: Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Lavender, Peppermint & Chamomile Essential Oil
The Awakening Shower Steamer – These floral topped steamers contain Grapefruit, Bergamot and Lemon essential oils. Grapefruit and bergamot helps to balance mood and relieve stress, whilst lemon essential oil works to fight exhaustion, helps with depression and defend the body against harmful pathogens and promotes detoxification.
