Honduras – Our Honduran beans have been roasted a little darker with a pronounced hazelnut aroma, an immediate dark chocolate flavour and soft texture with a caramel finish. The beans are sourced from the Central de Cooperativas Cafeteleras, a network of co-operatives representing over 6000 small farmers and their families. It aims to export its member’s coffee directly and to support rural development thorough the improvement of amenities, sanitation, education and the provision of financial services.

Strength 4-5, Caramel Finish

Signature Blend – Our medium roast blend is velvety and smooth and is a great everyday coffee made with slow roasted Arabica beans from Brazil Peru and Honduras.

Sumatra – Darker roasted this is a very smooth full bodied coffee with great character and depth of flavour. Excellent for espresso. Grown by Sumatran co-operative KBQB which has around 6 500 farmer members. KBQB is helping to establish clinics and schools for the producers and their families. Fairtrade certification has allowed investment in a potable water system and improvements in production through rehabilitating older farms.

Colombian – Roasted a little darker, this delightful coffee has notes of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts, with a smooth and lingering finish. With the breathtaking backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, this coffee is cultivated on small plots of land using traditional practices. The Fairtrade premium obtained is invested in social, environment and economic projects such as improving infrastructure, education and health care for this mountain community. Strength 4, Darker Roasted

Peru – A spicy fragrant aroma and citrus fruit taste this fullbodied coffee is clean sweet and with slight acidity. Produced by the women of the Union CECANOR Co-operative in Peru’s Lambayeque region. Part of the Cafe Femenino Coffee Project this coffee is grown processed and traded exclusively by women in a way that allows the coffee’s natural qualities to shine.

Dark Roast Signature Blend – This exceptional, slow roasted (then ground) coffee is made with fairly traded beans from Indonesia, Latin America and Africa. An organic and vegan blend, it is a dark roast with rich and aromatic notes, especially recommended for an after dinner filter or cafetiere coffee.
