This fresh Blossom honey is sourced from the award-winning ‘The Bee Centre’ in Brindle, Lancashire.
Blossom honey is amulti-floral honey often with a nice hint of blackberry and occasionally a light aniseed back-note can be detected. This versatile honey is great on cereal, yoghurt, pancakes, toast and many other uses. Customers report that this works well in combating hay fever and related allergies. It also has all the recognised antibacterial and antifungal properties of raw honey. Wonderful for relieving the symptoms of sore throats and coughs.
